Unless: I myself am unable to provide the product, the order needs the be cancelled for any reason BEFORE I have shipped it out, or the shipping address needs to be changed on the buyers side BEFORE I have shipped it out. Give USPS or any shipping service 2 weeks from the last scan date on the tracking before contacting me. once contacted, I will then put in a lost item request in on our behalf and will keep in contact with you until we find an answer as to where the item is.
I ship all my items with tracking with USPS that is why they're higher in price than those with free shipping at times. For the trading card singles all will come sleeved and top-loaded as well.
